11.00 pm – 12.00 pm – Super Dragons (Black Centre Stripe)
Super Dragons – Yellow to Red
(White Belts & New Starters Optional)

12.00 noon – 2.00 pm – Yellow Belt Seminar
(Covers Syllabus Takedowns, Break falls)
Yellow 1, Yellow 2,
(White Belts & New Starters Optional)

2.00 pm – 4.00 pm – Blue Belt Seminar
(Covers Ground holds, Joint Locks, Chokeholds)
for Yellow 3, Blue 1, Blue 2

4.oo pm – 6.00 pm –  Red Belt Seminar
(Covers Weapon Defence including Disarms)
For Blue 3, Red 1, Red 2, Red 3,

6.00 pm – 7.00 pm –  Black Belt Seminar
(Covers Weapon Use & Confrontational Skills)
For All Sub-Grading Black Belts,
