It makes for a great day of fun, games and friendly competition. All Taekwondo Central Members are allowed to compete and competitors
will only be put with others of simular level to keep it fair
Sparring is body contact only

Forearm Protectors
Shin Protectors
Groin Protector
but if you have your own please use them
Please bring your own mouthguard
