Taekwondo Gold, Silver & Bronze at ICTO for Team CENTRAL

Jasmine Klumpp (18) clocked up her 2nd International Gold for 2011 by winning gold at the
International Club Taekwondo Organisation Championships held in Ho Chi Minh CityVietnam.
The Taekwondo Champion defeated 3 opponents to win her gold in acompetition that included
Kores, Chinese-Taipei & Thailand among the 12 countries competing. Jasmine is the current
Australian Champion & Commonwealth Champion

Jake Klumpp (17) put in a great performance to defeat a tough Vietnam fighter and
was unlucky to not have a head kick scored for him which ended the difference
in the semifinal. Jake won a great Bronze in what looks to be a great future for him.

Jake is the current Australian Champion for his division

Our youngest member of the team was Jayme-Lee Smith (13) who competed in the
under 18s after getting a walk through with Vietnam in the first competition,
Jayme-Lee thumped Malaysia then was undone by a very strong Vietnam fighterto earn herself the Silver in her first International Competition. Jayme-Lee is

Collie’s current Junior Sports Person of the the Year and also has a previous
Australian Title under her belt
