Open To Taekwondo Central Blue, Red Belts & Black Belts Only

Board breaking a show of correct technique with enough force.
It’s an indicator if you kick properly and efficiently for maximum power.

If you are approaching your Dan Black Belt Grading,
it can be a make-or-break point of passing your belt

We are looking at bringing board breaking into the
Red Belt syllabus as part of Black belt grading preparation
